Halloween Party!

Saturday night Johnny and I went to one of my coworkers Halloween party... It was so fun!  We were going to go as old people, but I decided that I wanted to look somewhat attractive; )  Johnny's suit was his dad's wedding reception suit... and to complete his look, he even let me curl his hair to accomplish this feathered look!  I was mostly excited to wear my killer boots and crazy eyelashes...

Far out
Can you dig it?

P90X

Oh yeah baby!

I'm expecting this in the mail very soon... Christmas comes early this year...
Don't expect to see before and after pictures:)

I've heard so much about this P90X, I've decided to try it out.  From what I hear, it sounds like it kicks your butt. I'm excited!

Rock Band Champs

Last night Johnny and I played Rock Band with Connie and Tim... SO MUCH FUN! I laughed pretty hard at Johnny playing the drums and Tim with his vocal gymnastics: )

Here we are concentrating... The drums are hard sometimes!

...and here we are rockin' it!

Here's Johnny using his falsetto voice probably... Amazing: )

Connie and Tim really get into playing the guitar and singing... It's hilarious to watch... just look at Tim's face! This sort of shows you how funny Johnny was playing the drums. He was concentrating so hard! His back was straight as a board, his eyes were intensely focused, he had a death grip on the sticks, and his movements were very precise! He was good! Are you sore today Johnny?!? : )

Today when I got to Connie and Tim's house I got out of my car and could hear the distinct sound of the drum sticks... I knew there was a party going on inside... a Rock Band party: )

Ghoulfland...

Watch Out!!!

This whole month of October I am doing makeup for the haunted house at Golfland... It has been super fun and easy... and I'm getting paid to do it! Here are my favorite looks that I've created so far...

I think my favorite one to do is the evil Jester. The insane asylum girl is pretty fun as well.

The majority of the kids acting in the haunted house are hispanic... and they are hilarious! When I do their makeup they all sit around and watch. They say stuff like,
"Man, who jumped you Carlos?"
Carlos: "Dude, nobody... I got this when I jumped the border man... those damn rocks, you know?"

Or how about "What do you say to a mexican who has 2 black eyes? Nothing... cuz he's already been told twice"... hahaha!

Yesterday I made the mistake of saying loudly, "Has anyone not gotten latex who needs it?" (Meaning the latex cuts and gashes). I heard a kid say, "Hey, I got latex" and then crack up. I walked right into that one!

More to come...
